Week 2 - The importance of an open and still mind. What is awareness? Lasting principles.

Week 3 - The difference between knowledge and information. Levels of consciousness. A lesson from Socrates.

Week 4 - The manifestation of our full potential. The nature of justice and injustice.

Week 5- The nature of reason. Its role in the establishment of justice. Stillness as the path to deeper levels of our being.

Week 6 - The nature of absolute beauty as described in Plato's Symposium. Awakening to beauty in everyday life.

Week 7 - The Master Question: "Who am I?" The full use of attention. The three story house of body, mind and heart.

Week 8 - The three fundamental forces of nature as described in yoga philosophy. Freedom from identification.

Week 9 - Our true and unlimited Self. Removing habitual fetters from attention.

Week 10 - The ongoing search for truth and happiness. The way ahead.
